We have a unique opportunity for an experienced technical professional to join our team as a B2B Sales Specialist. This role combines your hands-on rope access, rescue, or occupational safety background with relationship-driven business development to serve our commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

About You:

You bring real-world technical experience and industry credibility.

You've worked in rope access, technical rescue, occupational safety, or a related field—you understand the gear, the applications, and most importantly, the people who depend on it. You know what it's like to trust your equipment with your life, and you can speak the language of safety professionals, rescue teams, and industrial rope access technicians.

Required Experience (one or more of the following):

  • Rope access technician (IRATA, SPRAT, or equivalent certification)

  • Technical rescue (fire service, search and rescue, mountain rescue, confined space)

  • Occupational health and safety professional working with fall protection or rescue systems

  • Rescue instructor, trainer, or program coordinator

  • Industrial rigging, height safety, or related technical field

Sales experience is an asset, but not required. If you have the technical background and the ability to build relationships, we'll help you develop the business development skills. What matters most is that you're consultative, you listen well, and you genuinely care about helping clients find the right solutions.

Bonus points if you have:

  • B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Existing relationships within the rescue, rope access, or safety communities
  • Experience with CRM systems or sales pipeline management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients: rescue teams, industrial rope access companies, safety departments, municipalities, utilities, and institutions

  • Conducting consultative sales calls and site visits to understand client needs and recommend appropriate equipment and systems

  • Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for complex projects

  • Managing your sales pipeline and client relationships through our CRM

  • Providing technical guidance and product recommendations based on your hands-on experience

  • Representing Coast at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

  • Collaborating with the team to identify new opportunities and grow our B2B presence

  • Staying current with industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes
