COAST ROPES AND RESCUE RETURN POLICY
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase less shipping charges (if applicable) with receipt.
Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Ropes, Webbing, PPE and items cut to length can not be returned.
Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. If you need a different size, colour or specification, we will process a refund for the item and place a new order.

1. Full Name
2. Order #
3. Item you want to return
We will send you an RA number to attach to the outside of your package along with the return address label included in your shipment or send your returns to:

Please use a return ship method with a carrier that will provide a tracking information and insurance. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Returns will be processed once they reach our shop and inspected.
Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 2-4 business days of receipt of your return. We will notify you once the return has been processed. Refunds will be applied to original payment method. Refunds can take several days to be processed by your credit card company.
