We are still shipping all orders via couriers such as Purolator, UPS, Fedex, Canpar etc.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time - Please enter a physical address 

 

 

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated at time of order depending on the weight of items ordered and where they are shipped.

We ship with multiple couriers and will try to select the best service for your delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

You may only ship to one address per order.

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Taxes and duties (if applicable) will be calculated at time of order processing. Sales tax will be applied to your shipping location.

No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within North America.

ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all the shipping charges. If products are damaged, please accept order and contact us at info@coastropes.ca so we can sort out and arrange for an exchange or return.
