Regular price $239.95 Sale price $219.95 Save $20.00The Zenith X2 Full Brim is a Type I and Type II, Class E helmet built around a dual-density EPS liner: D-Core, a low-density inner core tuned for top impact, and an HD Crown that handles lateral loads. This is the part that matters for Type II, which tests off-crown impact at the front, rear, and sides, not just from above. The outer shell is high-density polypropylene, chosen for its impact absorption at low temperatures (down to -30°C), and for resisting yellowing and degradation. It is designed for the kind of cold-weather work common across Canada. The liner is Neopor® Ccycled®, EPS made from chemically recycled plastic waste. Class E rating is proof-tested at 20,000 volts. The Adaptive Brim™ replaces the rigid brim with a flexible, UV- and temperature-resistant material to reduce neck strain in a fall and keep the helmet stable, and it stays compatible with hearing protection. At 1.19 lb, it is light for a full-brim helmet.
Fit and integration are handled through a dial-adjusted Adaptive Fit System (52–63 cm) with a self-adjusting live hinge, a Dry+ moisture-wicking liner, and a washable eco-leather chinstrap. For site-specific setups, it supports 30 mm EURO-slot earmuffs, visor and face shield adapters, four replaceable lamp clips, a frontal accessory slot, and a ring-to-hook chinstrap loop for harness attachment.
